Application tips
An application can be tricky. What is expected? What do the career guides on the Internet say? And what do friends and family advise? Not so with us. To make things easier, we'd like to give you a few brief tips on what we think is important:
Your documents:
So that we can assess how well your experience and knowledge match the position, we would be pleased to receive the following documents:
- A cover letter in which we can get to know you in a brief and relaxed way. Tell us something about what drives you, where you feel completely in your element, in short: what you are particularly good at.
- A CV that tells us something about what you have done so far. And yes, even with gaps, because they are part of it and usually have good reasons.
- If applicable, your last certificate if you have not yet had much opportunity to gain professional experience (e.g. as a graduate or young professional).
- We speak openly and relaxed with each other. That's important to us, because believe it or not, we're a bit tense too. After all, we're talking about a possible path together.
- Of course, we also have some specific questions in our luggage. We take a potential-oriented approach. This means we want to talk about your strengths and what we can achieve together.
- Don't dress up. We do like it when you dress appropriately for the occasion out of respect. But the most important thing for us is that you feel comfortable.
- Ask us! We're sure you're just as curious as we are. So don't mince your words. We don't do that either.
