OKE Tillner Perfis is part of the German OKE Group, which develops and produces sophisticated plastic components, especially for the automotive, electronics and furniture industries. Core competencies are extrusion and injection molding processes.
Following the OKE initiative to Internationalize our team in Germany, we are looking for a
Corporate Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Assist OKE Group Controlling in resolving any department operational issues related to reporting and process activities and driving improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports using Qlik
- Continuously bring in improvements and efficiency in the reporting deliverables using features of Qlik
- Automate manual ways of generating periodical reports to gain efficiency and take forward data analysis capability to next level
- Support of the specialist departments in the analysis, conception, data modelling and report creation
- Ensuring technical data quality and reliable provision of reports
- Planning and implementation of user training in EN
- Standardization and consolidation of reports across companies and countries
- Connection of the future ERP system (SAP S/4-HANA Private Cloud) and various internal and external systems
Your profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or business informatics or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the BI environment desirable
- experience with Qlik and/or SQL scripts
- Technical understanding of databases (SQL) and BI tools
- Analytical and procedural mindset
- Knowledge of SQL programming and/or data modelling is an advantage
- practical knowledge of data modelling, reporting and dashboarding
- Ability to network successfully in a global corporate environment
- Strong communication skills towards different stakeholders
- a strong command in English, German is a plus
